Acacias Étoile

I liked having a base near the Arc d'Triomphe, an easy landmark to find on foot or by metro, and we felt safe both in the hotel and the neighborhood. My husband was at a work conference nearby, so it was an easy walk to his work, while the central location suited me as a vacationer. On our first trip to Paris, the welcoming staff were helpful, the quaint room was clean and had everything we needed, and housekeeping was attentive. Breakfast each day had a nice spread. When we needed a taxi, the concierge sorted it out without hesitation. We'd absolutely stay here again.

We found this a great value for a city break or business trip. Hôtel Acacias Etoile is well placed for exploring Paris, with the Arc de Triomphe a short walk away and good metro connections. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommended, and thank you!

We visited during a cold spell in February, so it mattered that the rooms were warm as well as cosy and clean. The hotel is wonderfully close to the Arc de Triomphe, which is handy as a transit hub. We highly recommend it.

The location was good, but the service wasn't great. Watch out for services that sound like they're free, then turn out not to be included in the base price when you check out. The rooms are tiny, and you can hear both the neighbors and the street.
