My wife and I are due to stay here for four nights. Even though we asked for a quiet room when booking, we were given one facing the Main Street, and it’s very noisy at night. I complained to reception right away and asked to move, but the receptionist said there was nothing he could do without checking anything on the computer. He told us to ask again in the morning. Couldn’t he check whether another room was empty or look at the schedule that night? I’ve never had this sort of experience at a “4 stars hotel.” The air conditioning temperature doesn’t match the room temperature and switches off automatically. We’ll see tomorrow if the hotel management is willing to help its guests.

It’s a handy base for exploring and shopping in Paris. Like this type of accommodation, there’s no cleaning or towel change on short stays. Pick up extra bin bags at the supermarket around the corner.

The kitchen was practical and well stocked, and doing laundry was easy. The apartments are well appointed and made a comfortable home base for exploring Paris. The staff were professional, flexible, and lovely to deal with.

I loved how easy it was to explore Paris from here, with Palais Garnier just steps away. The apartment was roomy, comfortable, and had everything I needed to relax. Getting hotel style service along with the convenience of an apartment worked perfectly for me. I’d pick this place again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

We slept on the best hotel beds we’ve ever had, and the location was great. But the apartment stayed cold even with the temperature set to 22 C (about 73 F). I had to ask the front desk almost every day, especially in the morning, to turn it up.
