Ginette à la Folie

I wish I'd had time to try the spa. The service was exceptional, and our room had thoughtful, distinctive decor, a comfortable bed, nice bedding, and a powerful shower. The hotel sits on a quiet side street, so we could sleep peacefully despite being right by the lively Oberkampf neighborhood, full of up-and-coming restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and bars. It's in a lovely area, away from the tourist bustle but easy to get around from, with two convenient Metro stops just steps away. A beautiful hotel, far more characterful than a soulless corporate chain.

The private spa session each night was a lovely touch, and the little spa area was immaculate. We stayed in the terrace suite, which was gorgeous, and found the hotel peaceful, with excellent service. It's well placed for a stroll through La Marais and great value for such a stay. We skipped breakfast, so I can't comment, though I've heard good things. If I come back to Paris, this will be my go-to. Thanks, hotel Ginette a la Folie, for such a lovely visit.

This cute hotel feels like a great little Paris boutique place. The staff are all super kind, and the rooms are a good size, well stocked, and comfortable. Breakfast was a perfect start to the day, and you can use the coffee machine all day. I'd suggest paying extra for sauna access too.

A really lovely, distinctive stay. The hotel is colorful and beautifully put together, with thoughtful, creative details throughout. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choices and high-quality food presented beautifully. The bed was so comfortable it was dangerously hard to get out of, and the spa was a hidden gem. Couples get private access, which made it feel especially relaxing and special. Highly recommend if you're after a stylish, cozy place in Paris.
