Hôtel Hiro

The room and breakfast area were welcoming and looked great, and the rooms, while small, were cozy. The hotel was amazing and close to metro and bus routes. Staff were great, especially Jaman and the lovely woman in the breakfast area. The man on the night shift on 23.05.2025 was a different story, though. He was rude, impolite and judgmental, more focused on his espresso than welcoming guests.

The location was perfect for my visit to Paris. A big thank you to the staff, especially David at the front desk, who went out of his way to help every guest. Their professionalism and friendliness made the stay memorable. I had a wonderful time and highly recommend the hotel.

Nice, clean hotel, but the room was very, very small. The neighborhood was disturbingly noisy. If you want to sleep, don’t stay in room No.2!!

The room was a little small, and breakfast wasn’t included, costing around €20. There was a coffee machine in the room with plenty of pods, which was a nice touch. The hotel also has a spa you can book and use for free, a relaxing way to unwind after walking several kilometers around lovely Paris each day. It’s clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated with artistic touches. The location is excellent, about a 5-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the beautiful Champs-Élysées, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly and most spoke English. I especially liked David and Nader. It’s appreciated if you open the conversation in a little French, out of respect for the language and culture.
