Hôtel Kleber Paris & Spa

Of all our month in Europe, this was by far the best part of the trip. We spent a full week at this wonderful French touch hotel and loved the ambiance, service, breakfast, bedding, and private Spa !!!! Thank you, Hotel Kleber & Spa, for those great memories. We’d recommend it and can’t wait to come back.

It was a decent one-night stay for what we paid, and it served our needs. I wouldn’t stay here again on my next trip to Paris. I called when booking to ask about parking and was told there were “plenty” of covered hotel spots. At check-in, though, all the covered spaces were reserved, so I had to park elsewhere. The elevator was out on our first night and stayed out for the rest of the stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the hotel didn’t meet what I expected for €400+/night. We couldn’t use the indoor pool or sauna because they need a reservation, only allow one hour per day, and every slot was already booked, so that “included” amenity was unavailable to us. The fitness center was tiny, maybe room for one person, two at most. It had one all-in-one style machine with a digital screen, and no dumbbells, free weights, other machines, racks, or benches. We didn’t try breakfast. It costs 12€ for a small pastry-and-fruit breakfast, or 22€ for the buffet.

We ended up at this hotel after an unsavoury Air BnB experience, and I’m so glad we did. The receptionist who checked us in was lovely, and our room was amazing. Everything we saw of the hotel’s facilities looked first class. I only wish we’d had time to use them. I’d love to stay here again someday. Thank you.

Daniel was a true professional. He went beyond his responsibilities to help my family and me resolve an unusual problem. The evening reception staff, including Daniel and another woman, deserve a special mention. I stayed at the hotel in September 2025 and had an exceptional experience. I’d recommend it 100%.
