Breakfast came in a box every day with baked goods, fruit, juice, coffee tabs and tea. The bathroom was nicer than in hotels I’ve stayed at, which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was small but had enough furniture, about what I’d expect from lower-priced hotels I’ve used on earlier trips. It was a little dark with only inner windows, though that also meant no street noise. I’d stay here again.

It felt really safe, and the location was very convenient. The apartment itself is tiny, basically one bedroom with two windows, and the other two sleeping areas are very small. For students travelling, it worked out as a decent choice when you take everything into account.

The location is fantastic, and the single bathroom is good. Beyond that, I didn’t have much positive to say. There are three beds but only one actual bedroom, and the beds are hard as concrete. The pillows are even worse. There’s no living area at all. I know space is tight in Paris, but this was close to absurd.

The bathroom was clean, which was a plus, but the humidity was intense and the room felt claustrophobic. It was tiny, even by Paris standards, and that hadn’t been made clear. Check-in was at 3, but when we arrived the room hadn’t been cleaned. There were dirty towels on the floor and even the previous guest’s linen. We only realized when the cleaner showed up around 1530 to clean the apartment. Maybe it’s okay for a night or two, but I wouldn’t stay again.
