Numa Paris Champs-Élysées

The staff were wonderful. I started in a lower-floor room and asked to move higher, and they moved me the next day. It made me very happy and showed their kindness and excellent service. The hotel is safe and clean, with a basic entrance and lobby, a reception desk staffed around the clock, and an elevator. It’s only a few steps from the Champs-Élysées, with lots of restaurants right below and a supermarket within walking distance. Housekeeping isn’t provided daily unless you request it, and it costs extra. The bed was fairly comfortable, though the room felt small and narrow even though I had the largest room available. I’d definitely choose this hotel again whenever I travel to Paris.

The location was very good, the rooms were clean, and being able to pick up essentials from the laundry room was really convenient. We had a good stay at Numa. Just keep in mind that there’s no cleaning included during the stay, and the rooms are quite small with limited storage, even though we booked a standard-sized room.

Getting around from here was easy, and I could pop back to leave my shopping before heading out again. The hotel is very central and close to the metro. Our room was clean, though housekeeping is self-service, so you need to collect extra towels or toilet paper yourself. The road outside gets busy and can be loud; earplugs are provided, but I still slept well. Staff were friendly and polite, apart from one person who didn’t greet us. We booked the largest room since some are smaller. I’d definitely stay here again in Paris.

We spent a week here and were glad we chose it. It’s just a few hundred feet from the main strip, and we could walk to lots of places in about 30-45 minutes on average, all within an hour. The hotel has a modern, self-service approach, so guests can pick up linens, bathroom supplies, or other things when they need them. Coffee and tea are included in the room. It’s a good option if you want more than a hostel without paying for a high-end hotel.
