There are plenty of places nearby, including a restaurant next door, a grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, laundromat, and several more restaurants. To find Monfort Theatre, walk to Rue Brancion and turn left; it will be on your left, with restaurants across the way to the right. The train station and tram stops are also close. Staff were helpful and friendly, the bed was comfortable, and they kindly brought us ice for my knees, though there is no ice machine. The room was extremely small. There wasn't space to open a suitcase on the floor, room for our toiletries in the bathroom, or any drawers. We got one towel each, with no face cloths or hand towels. Even after taking the elevator, we had to climb about six steps to reach our floor, so a heavy suitcase would need to be hauled up. The walls are thin enough that we could hear people talking normally and using the toilet next door. Breakfast cost 16€ per person, which felt a bit overpriced for the limited choice, though what was offered was good quality. Still, it's a budget-friendly place in a convenient spot, with helpful, friendly staff.

We went for my sister's birthday and stayed four nights. It was quaint and modern, with a French feel from the Juliet balconies. The beds were made, fresh towels supplied, and bins emptied every day. Everything was spotless, and the staff were polite and helped us figure out how to buy public transport tickets. We got around easily, though central places like the Eiffel Tower took 20-30 minutes by train or tram. I'm not sure why it's rated three stars, maybe because of the location. Including breakfast in the price would have made the stay even more special. We loved it and think it deserves at least four stars. Thanks for a wonderful stay ✨️

The tram stop is only a 10-second walk away, so getting around was easy. Our room was cozy and warm, and all the staff were welcoming and kind. Great experience.

For a hotel this close to central Paris, our room felt quite spacious. The bathroom was lovely and the bed was really comfortable. There's a supermarket right next door and a fast-food takeaway one block away, which made the location very convenient. Such a happy traveller 😊
