Dining at both restaurants was a highlight for us. Le Parc, Chef @christophemoret_, was an unforgettable two-Michelin-star experience, with dishes that looked like art. Brasserie Le Jardin offered a more relaxed but still refined lunch, an open kitchen and a lovely terrace over the gardens. The whole stay at Domaine Les Crayères felt magical, thanks to the fine food, attentive service and dreamlike setting. This Reims landmark lives up to its reputation as a beautiful five-star Relais & Châteaux property. The château has 20 rooms and suites named for European royalty, with elegant decor and thoughtful touches, including Hermès and Guerlain amenities. It was a wonderful mix of French history, elegance and warm hospitality.

The welcome was friendly and the atmosphere lovely. We really enjoyed the delicious food, and the champagne list is outstanding. Save room for dessert. A great place to pause and enjoy the region's best. 10/10, would recommend!

A death in the family meant we had to cancel unexpectedly. We were within the cancellation guidelines, and the response was prompt, courteous and understanding. Victorien replied right away with very sincere condolences. That kind of care is rare, and we really appreciated how exceptionally we were treated. When we book later this year, we'll add an extra day to our stay.

I wanted to give my bride a perfect, luxurious night, and when we had the chance to spend a night in Reims, Domaine Les Crayères was the obvious pick. It delivered on everything, from the staff and rooms to the lounge. We had the perfect evening together.
