Everything is easy to reach on foot, including the town and beach, which are very close. The rooms were comfortable and a good size, and the price felt excellent for the quality. We’ll stay with Pierre & Vacances again.

The smell was overpowering from the moment I entered, and it lingered throughout the rooms so badly that I couldn’t sleep. The place also felt filthy and neglected. The beds were worn, uncomfortable, and seemed as though they hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The apartment is badly dated and needs renovation. When we raised our concerns, the staff were rude and unhelpful. It was a horrible stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Avoid this place.

Francois & Celine were kind and helpful, and there’s a dog park right across the road. The location also makes it easy to walk into town in about five minutes or head out to explore the coast.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I’d booked outdoor parking because my vehicle is too tall for underground parking, but the space provided also had a height restriction, so I couldn’t use it. They wouldn’t give me a refund.

Saint Jean de Luz is expensive, even in October. This studio felt like poor value: it was small and quite costly. That same week, we stayed in Santander and Oviedo and paid less for proper, larger apartments with better quality furnishings.
