Arc En Ciel SXB

After we complained about the first room, we were moved, but the replacement was nearly as bad. Its toilet was dirty, with visible waste, and the shower drain was blocked with a large clump of hair that clearly hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The first room was also unacceptable: the bathroom light didn't work, the toilet wouldn't flush, and there was no hot water. The sheets were badly wrinkled and looked as if someone had already slept in them. It felt like the room hadn't been cleaned at all. The toilet was revolting, as if someone had recently vomited there, with visible pieces of something on the rim. This is a serious hygiene issue, not a minor problem. Staying there felt unsafe and unsanitary. I've stayed in many budget hotels and never seen hygiene standards this poor. The property doesn't meet basic cleanliness expectations, and I strongly advise others to avoid it.
