The staff were kind and attentive, and the breakfast costs extra but is worth it, with lots of variety. Rooms were cleaned and towels replaced daily. They’re big enough, and for the affordable price the value is very good. It’s not really a hotel for a full vacation, but works well if you just need somewhere to sleep. The tram stop is very close, three stops to the center, about 15 minutes. Definitely recommend it.

The concierge was so friendly, and we had a nice chat. The staff were really kind and did their best to make us comfortable. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and there’s even a small kitchen. The bathroom is spacious enough and well kept.

We had everything we needed for a night that cost 80€ for two. Still, the room could have been cleaner, and it got really hot overnight. We had a fan and opened the window, but air conditioning would have been a must. All in all, it was okay.

The place looks clean enough, but it’s clearly overdue for upkeep. The bathroom soap dispenser pump didn’t work. I’d have been fine with an old-fashioned bar of soap. There was no working ceiling light in the bedroom either, just a strange flickering one. The second bed was simply thrown onto a frame beside the kitchen table. I’m pretty sure there’s mold, and the room should have a smoke detector. Someone mentioned a smell at the entrance, and that’s true. It smells like cooking, but in our room it turned into the sort of smell you get after years of smoking. I’d asked for a non-smoking room. Maybe they should repaint after making a room non-smoking. I know it’s a budget hotel, but things could still be more up to date. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else. You’re worth it.
