We felt at home in this spotless, cozy apartment, and the short walk to the train station made it easy to get around. Being able to check in at any time also took the stress out of our arrival. The hosts were friendly, attentive, and easy to reach whenever we needed something. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

The location made it easy to reach lots of Strasbourg’s attractions, and the room had all the amenities we needed. It was clean and comfortable, too. The owner was helpful and welcoming as soon as we arrived. We had a fantastic stay and would gladly stay here again on my next trip. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Strasbourg.

I left the room last night because it wasn’t what I’d expected from the website photos, and I didn’t feel safe or comfortable there. It was dirty, with hair in a drawer and chewing gum. The bathroom door was damaged and had been poorly repaired. A socket wasn’t properly fixed to the wall, and there were visible holes in the kitchen wall. The place felt neglected and uninviting. I travel a lot for work, and paying that price for a room that didn’t match its photos felt really unfair. A message saying the place is aged doesn’t address the problem. It’s not just an old structure: the pictures should be updated to show the actual condition and avoid misleading people. Guests also shouldn’t be given only a few hours to cancel without a refund.
