We left just a few hours after checking in and didn't stay the night. The room was awful and very dirty, with old bedding and wallpaper peeling off. Stains were all over the room and mirrors, including in the bathroom, which was tiny, filthy, and so cramped we couldn't even close the door. The main check-in was just a small table with no facilities. The owner was polite, though we heard him swearing at Reception and felt uncomfortable. We paid full price, so I expected the place to be reasonably clean and fit for purpose, even as a budget hotel. A family room should be redone for future guests. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I only needed a room for the day to rest while my daughter was at the pleasure beach. It was incredibly cheap, and parking behind the hotel was included. The owner welcomed me warmly, showed me the room options, and was very accommodating even though I didn't need to stay overnight. He was a gentleman and explained the best walking route to the beach and centre. The room was comfortable and clean. It was a little cold but manageable, and I'd happily stay again.

They were very friendly and accommodating, arranging 13 rooms for us at the last minute. We've booked to come back soon. Thank you.

We slept really well at the sleep well hotel, and the bed was very comfortable. The bedroom looked gorgeous, with lovely decor and a theme I really liked. The host was welcoming and kind, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. My one criticism is that nobody is awake after 11pm, so you can't get a drink at the bar then. Apart from that, it was a lovely stay for me and my partner. We'll definitely be back later this year.

We just got back from three nights in room 14, where I stayed with my fella and son. The owner was so welcoming and polite, and the rooms were clean, warm, and comfortable. We even overslept on checkout day, but there was no fuss at all. He told housekeeping not to disturb room 14. We recommend this place 100%, and we're going back in a few months. We won't stay anywhere else but the sleep well hotel.
