We were so busy exploring Edinburgh and the surrounding area that we mostly just used the apartment to sleep and shower. Still, it was well supplied for anyone wanting to cook and spend more time there. The location was fantastic, and communicating with Aileen was easy and thorough. Highly recommend!
After unexpected circumstances forced me to cancel my reservation, I tried several times to work something out, but the staff were very rude and kept telling me, “We don’t have any solutions for you.” It's been 20 days and I'm still trying to get in touch, with no response. Instead of helping, they even asked me to delete my comment. They showed no care for customers, and I was extremely disappointed. There are much better hotels, not apartments, available elsewhere, with lower prices, more facilities and far friendlier service.
We went for breakfast and were the first to arrive. It's hard to see how the place could be improved: lovely staff, beautiful food and a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.
The apartment was spotless and in a really convenient spot. Everything felt just right, and I’d happily recommend it.
That view of Edinburgh Castle was a highlight. The place was clean, nicely equipped, and very well located. Hard to ask for more.
