Staycity Aparthotels, Edinburgh, West End

The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything we needed, with the city centre close by. The staff were warm and helpful the whole time. We’d booked one room for three, and at check-in they kindly moved us to a two-room apartment, which gave us much more space. Manager Leanne was especially efficient and professional. She also arranged a later checkout, from 11:00 to 13:00, so we could leave without rushing. Staycity felt welcoming and flexible, and I’d recommend it.

I first stayed with Stay City in Dublin, where I loved the apartment, and this Edinburgh visit was just as good. The place was clean and had all the amenities I needed. It’s in a safe area, handy for the sights around Old Edinburgh, and everything was walkable. Customer service was top-notch. I’d stay here again on another Edinburgh trip, and would try their other locations too. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay, and I’d especially recommend this place to families with children. The apartment had the essentials for family life, including a kitchen, oven, and utensils. It’s right in the city centre, with Edinburgh Castle, Victoria Street, major attractions, and services all reachable in under 30 minutes. The staff were incredibly respectful and helpful.

The Edinburgh stay was the best of our visits to StayCity in Birmingham and London. We had a really good trip around the UK. We’d booked a room while driving over, and the lady at the desk upgraded us to a bigger room and added a bed so the three of us could sleep more comfortably. Checkout was quick. Thank you very much.
