Out of all six places we stayed in Scotland, this was our favourite location. The hosts were lovely, and the backyard was lovely too. There were two sweet dogs on the property. It was just right for the four of us, and I really wish we could have stayed longer. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

There were four of us, and Balloan Cottage felt spacious. The owners had thought of all the small touches that made our visit even better, and the place was beautifully decorated. We’d definitely recommend it for families or small groups.

A lovely little house, beautifully refurbished and modern, with everything you need. The gardens around the main mansion are beautiful too.

Such a great cottage, with thoughtful details and a real idea behind it. Maybe the best in Inverness. I’d absolutely recommend it to everyone.
