The welcome touches were much appreciated, and the owner greeted us with a tour. He was kind and really helpful. We were 10 people, from 16 to 77, celebrating my granddaughter’s 16th birthday over two nights. The big living room and log burner made it cosy, even with the cold weather, and we made good use of the hot tub. The bar was a great extra, with a pool table, darts, and jukebox music for every taste. The kitchen had all the crockery, glasses and baking trays we needed. We’d love to come back in summer. Ty.

We had a really enjoyable stay last weekend. The Lodge is two joined houses with eight bedrooms, so there was plenty of room for our family get-together. The hot tubs were a lovely extra 😊

Gary looked after us so well and was always there when we needed him. We booked Greenknowes Estate for a company weekend away, and it worked out brilliantly. There were two hot tubs, BBQ facilities and a fun bar, with everything we needed. The house and its surroundings were beautiful, and the setting felt peaceful while still being convenient. We'd happily recommend it for a corporate getaway.

We had a great family weekend here. There was plenty to do nearby, and the enclosed area felt safe for both pets and children. The place was clean and worked well for what we needed. Would highly recommend staying here.

The host kept in touch brilliantly throughout, and the location was great. The property is beautiful and had all the amenities we could have wanted. A lovely place to stay if you're visiting Edinburgh or the surrounding area.
