We spent a couple of nights here in mid-August. Room 5 downstairs was clean and pleasant, though a bit small. Being at the front by a busy junction meant traffic noise made it hard to open the window. The plumbing was loud too, a toilet flush drowned out the TV. Breakfast was good, and there’s parking for every room, though spaces can be tight with a large car. Keswick is an easy walk along the old railway track. A solid mid-range B&B.

We’ve stayed twice and are already planning another Keswick trip. The family running this gorgeous B&B are helpful and know the area well, and breakfast is delicious. I keep wishing this place were my own home. We had a wonderful three-night stay and would gladly return.

The hosts made sure we had everything we needed during our three nights at The Beeches, and the cooked breakfast was perfect. Our room was just as good, with a powerful shower and an incredibly comfortable bed. There’s plenty of driveway parking, it’s easy to find, and Keswick town centre is a short ten-minute walk away. We had a fantastic weekend and hope to see you again. Highly recommended.

Room 2 had a super king-size bed and was the best room we’ve ever stayed in. The other rooms are finished to a really high standard too. The owners were friendly, parking on site was handy, and breakfast was lovely with plenty of variety. We’ll definitely be back. Nigel & Cath Perry. Accrington.

Beautifully decorated and immaculate, with superb attention to detail. The hosts are brilliant and breakfast was wonderful. A first-class B&B, hard to beat.
