The food was excellent, and the room was a good size with a great shower. The blackout curtains were a blessing during this May's heatwave of 30°c plus and the 5am sunrise. The bed was such fabulous quality that I want to take it home!

We ate really well here. The shepherds pie and raspberry dessert were favorites, the coffee was great, and the breakfast staff were friendly. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Amazing. It's a beautiful hotel, tucked into a quiet courtyard but close to all the action. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the bar area was lovely and relaxing. The beds were big and comfy, the shower pressure was great, and the body lotion and shampoo were lovely. I'm a light sleeper, but the rooms were amazingly soundproof, so quiet, with black out blinds.

The staff made our stay special. Everyone was kind, welcoming and ready to help with a smile. Matia at reception deserves a special mention for going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her warmth and professionalism made a huge difference. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully designed and luxurious throughout, and the food was fresh, delicious and had plenty of variety. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back.

We had an issue with the bathroom, but the hotel dealt with it promptly and moved us to another room. The service across the hotel was first class, and breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. Couldn't have asked for more. Great hotel!

We really enjoyed the food, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. The bar was expensive, and added a service charge to every order, even when you were waiting at the bar.
