Hocine was always welcoming and incredibly helpful, which made my stay much more comfortable. Mohsen made the check-in process easier, and Stephanie explained everything clearly and helped me through checkout. I had a wonderful stay and will be back!

We stayed for a week with my cousins and baby, and the location was perfect: close to the bustle but on a peaceful, quiet street. The daily cleaning was fantastic, keeping everything spotless, and the front desk staff were always friendly and keen to help. I loved Cheval Gloucester Park and will definitely return. I can’t recommend it enough, and this will be my London base from now on. I’m done with hotels. Our three-bathroom apartment was incredible, with loads of space and beautiful furnishings. The living area felt like home, the beds were very cozy, the bathrooms were large and luxurious, and there was so much closet space, which is rare in London. It had everything we needed and worked so well for a family and a longer stay. Such a 10/10 experience!

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and everything was close by. It’s just a short walk to the underground station. The staff were always ready to help with a smile and were extremely friendly. The place was very well maintained and spotlessly clean. I had a great stay and would definitely come back.

I’m staying at Cheval Gloucester Park apartments right now, and it’s one of the best places in London for a family stay. Everyone at reception gave us exceptional service. I especially want to mention Kamal and Mohammad, who made sure we were comfortable and helped make the stay memorable.

A superb stay, and the best hotel in London! It’s a two-minute walk to the train station. The staff were so friendly, and thanks to Ralph and Jerome Quito for helping us.
