Dao By Dorsett West London

Our only problem was the hot water. During our three-night stay, we never had a dependable supply, which is why the room gets 4/5 stars. Aside from that, the hotel was very nice and the service outstanding. Abdell was attentive, friendly, and helpful during breakfast, and really made the place shine. The hotel bar staff were excellent too. Our bartender made great Scottish whiskey suggestions. He was lovely, though I wish I could remember his name.

A special thank you to Abdell in the restaurant for making breakfast such a pleasant part of our mornings. He was welcoming from the start, friendly, thoughtful, and quick to help, with a professional manner and a warm personality. You can tell he enjoys his work and pays attention to the little details. Highly recommended. Grazie!

Yatharth made a wonderful stay at Dorsett Shepherds Bush even better. He was welcoming and professional as soon as I arrived, and stayed attentive throughout. He went out of his way to make sure everything was right. His upbeat attitude and readiness to help really improved my experience. Thank you, Yatharth, for the lovely hospitality!

My fiancé and I spent four nights here. The hotel is nicely decorated and looks expensive, and the receptionists are friendly, but other staff came across as unprofessional, with no smiles or professionalism. Breakfast was very low quality for what it costs. It felt like they were desperate for your money. You can’t check in before 15:00, and the first thing we were told about the hotel was that we had to pay a £50-per-night deposit. Why? The manager didn’t seem professional with employees either. On our first breakfast morning, he yelled at them behind the kitchen, loud enough for everyone in the restaurant to hear.
