Holiday Inn Express London - Vauxhall Nine Elms

We had an amazing three-night stay. The location was fantastic, close to everything, with a bus stop right outside and an easy walk into the centre. Staff were friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, though they could do a better job. Breakfast was simple but enough. Thanks for the good service.

We had a short, enjoyable stay at this fairly small Vauxhall hotel. The beds were comfortable, the clean modern rooms had working amenities, and breakfast was quite good with a well-stocked bar. There were five of us, including the kids, but we’d accidentally booked two double rooms. When we asked about extra bedding, Aaron at reception quickly offered us a family room and was very helpful. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the room was modern and clean with a good-sized shower room. Breakfast was nice with a decent amount of choice. It’s about an eight-minute walk from Vauxhall Station, a little away from the busy main hub. My room faced the main road, but from the third floor I couldn’t hear the traffic. A pub opposite played loud music late, so noise-sensitive guests might struggle to sleep. I sleep through an earthquake, so it didn’t bother me.

Staff were very helpful in bringing me food and drinks since I’m handicapped. My daughter and I stayed for three nights and found the hotel comfortable, with especially comfortable beds and an adequate bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and had plenty of variety. I’d recommend it for the price, location and cleanliness.
