We visited over the May end bank holidays, and the location made it easy to get around central London. Imperial Wharf station is a five-minute walk away, with a bus stop opposite the Hotel. Revanth welcomed us at reception, explained the hotel and its facilities, and offered warm cookies for my Son. He even checked after we’d settled into our room to see if everything was alright. The ground-floor cocktail bar was very good too, and Likitha and Jay made us some lovely drinks. Everyone we met was friendly and professional. I’d definitely choose this place again when staying in London.

I really liked the feel of Cre Bar & Restaurant. Madhava and Jay gave excellent service and went the extra mile to make my family and me comfortable. Their professionalism and personal attention made the visit memorable. At Double Tree by Hilton Chelsea, reception welcomed us warmly with cookies and an activity bag for my child. Mehmet, Revanth, and Rafid were helpful and attentive.

My sister and her family came over from srilanka for Christmas, and staying here was a treat. The kids loved their goody bags, and the service was great across the front office, room service, housekeeping, breakfast, and restaurant. Kulaja, Jay, and Carlos looked after us so well, even though the restaurant was busy. They gave exceptional service, and I highly recommend them. They went beyond what we expected too, bringing warm milk for my little one. Breakfast included freshly made omelettes to order. Thanks for a great stay. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2026…🥂🥂

Nashid made check-in at the front desk quick and easy. He was welcoming and professional, answered all my questions clearly, and checked that I had what I needed before I went up to my room. A great first impression and excellent service.

Thanks first to Disha for the warm welcome! The hotel was nice and clean, the people were friendly, and breakfast was good, so I’d give those things five stars. The rest was great too, but two things puzzled me. One elevator was out of order for our entire stay. The cleaning team also needs the elevators, and we sometimes had to wait a very long time. Also, the “Show the earth you care” sign felt pointless when towels were changed every day even when we left them hanging on the hooks. Fresh towels are nice, of course, but the practice doesn’t match the sign.
