We had a lovely short break for our engagement celebration, and Charles and the Spanish lady at reception really looked after us. A good team makes such a difference. The recently refurbished hotel has nicely finished rooms. It’s right in Westfield shopping centre, with Stratford station a short walk away, so shops, restaurants, and travel further afield are all convenient.

Westfield shopping and the football matches we came for were both easy to get to, with everything close at hand. The location made the Hyatt Regency London Stratford a perfect base, whether for a match day, shopping, or a city break. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the welcoming, professional staff made a great first impression. The modern interiors felt luxurious, and the hotel was spotless, from our room to the communal areas, all clearly well maintained. We slept really well in the comfortable bed, and the 12pm late checkout meant no morning rush. There were lots of nearby pubs and restaurants for food and evening drinks. We didn’t eat in the hotel restaurant, though the menu looked good. For the quality, location, and experience, the price felt very reasonable. I’d recommend it and would stay again.

It felt cozy and welcoming, with great vibes, lovely Christmas decorations, and everything very clean. The staff, especially Geta, Egle, Sofia, and Ana, were kind, professional, and made us feel special. My husband and I had perfectly made, delicious cocktails, and the guy at the bar was friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and full of flavour too. I was extremely satisfied with my visit to Hyatt Regency Stratford, London, and would happily return. Highly recommend it.

The Hyatt House team were so helpful and made the stay special. My room, the location, and how they handled all my requests exceeded expectations. Jay gave me a warm welcome and check-in was smooth. Chand, sorry if I’ve misspelled the name, made check-out just as easy. What an amazing stay!

One parking note: Hyatt recommends Westfield's Car Park B, accessed via Roundhouse Lane, E20 1EJ. The location is superb, right in the heart of Westfield Stratford, with everything you might need at the doorstep. The hotel suited my business and meeting needs really well. Dining, the bar, and other amenities were great, and the gym was quite all right for a hotel gym. Staff were as pleasant, professional, and lovely as you’d expect from Hyatt, especially the ladies at breakfast. Breakfast was wonderful, though I got a little bored after a few days and wanted something different. That was easy with so many places to eat just steps outside. Highly recommend!
