Urban Chic - Portobello

We booked one property but were given a different one, and our family of six ended up in a tiny two bedroom apartment with less than half the advertised living space. The rooms were so small we couldn't even open our suitcases. After we complained, neither the property renters nor booking.com would give us a refund. It's an absolute disgrace and an absolute scam. I'd give zero stars if I could.

My family and I loved this apartment and had a great time staying here, even with all the really bad reviews. It was spacious, check in was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We'll definitely come back.

The apartment itself was wonderful, and the view was amazing. It was in building 23, but one neighbor made the stay awful. She kept emailing every few days to say we were making too much noise, even during a few days when we weren’t there. She also threatened to report us to building management. A terrible experience.

Nothing but a scam. The spacious, lovely property shown in the listing wasn’t what we got. The rooms were so small we couldn’t even open a suitcase. Neither the company nor Booking.com would give us a refund. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. If you book, expect to be disappointed.
