We had to cancel our trip for next weekend after being told to quarantine. There was no refund, no reply to my message on booking.com, and no offer of help. At a time when every little bit helps, Atana showed very little community support. I've stayed a few times before, but this will be my last. They've shown their true, money-driven colours.

The apartment was in a good location for our reason for visiting the city, and the service was lovely. It was clean and looked just like the pictures. The facilities had everything we needed, so there was no need to contact the hosts. We had a great stay.

It's a small apartment, but had everything we needed. Shops, the NCP, a gym and lots of places to eat are nearby in the city centre. The TV didn't work, which cost it a star, though the free WiFi meant we could watch Netflix on the laptop.

They don't answer the phone, and the customer service has generally been poor. It's now been two weeks and my £200 deposit still hasn't come back, which is ridiculous. They haven't replied to my emails either.

They cancelled on us at the last minute, then nobody answered the phone for hours. A week later there's still no answer, and I haven't received the refund I'm owed after their cancellation. There's no contact number online either. I got in touch with the person who sent my reservation email, but they still chose to ignore what we're dealing with.
