The food was delicious and thoughtfully chosen, even for someone like me who's gluten intolerant. It's rare to find somewhere that caters so well for coeliacs, and I felt safe eating there, which doesn't happen often. The team were caring, warm and helpful, and made me feel at home. I spent two nights and two days at Cloud Zen in Margate for a Zumba Retreat in October 2025, and it was wonderful from beginning to end. The house is beautiful, calm, stylish and very comfortable, with so much thought put into making it relaxing. It's a lovely place to unwind and enjoy some coastal peace. I left refreshed and nourished, and I'll definitely return.

The hot tub was a lovely bonus, and the location is ideal for spending time in the old town. We loved staying here. It was very clean, and the attention to detail was amazing.

We all loved this fab townhouse, including its big, welcoming lounge and dining space. Sixteen of us stayed for a girls' weekend. It's a short walk into Margate, with a well-equipped kitchen downstairs in the basement. The bedrooms have a contemporary feel, and the clean, modern bathrooms have powerful showers. Claire was great to deal with too. We loved the whole place. ❤️

The owners are friendly and really accommodating, and I love that the space can be used for different events and occasions. It's such a beautiful, comfortable place. I'd definitely recommend it.

The studio was right there and had everything our group needed. Claire and her team were so friendly, and the whole thing felt like a really special experience. The food was perfect for our all-women Zumba retreat group. Fabulous place.
