Floni at the desk was especially lovely and helpful, and everyone else on staff was great too, going beyond what we expected. We were glad the room stayed cool enough for a good night's sleep. The fitness suite was included in the price, and the airport is only about a five minute walk away.

Kenneth was a real help from the start, kind, professional, and even willing to print some urgent documents for me. I appreciated that a lot. The pool, sauna, and gym were relaxing and very well kept, and the food was delicious throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, especially the bed, and very comfortable. We had an excellent stay in Edinburgh.

Breakfast had a tasty range of choices, and the warm cookie when we arrived was a nice touch. Staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help. The rooms were spacious, the beds really comfortable, and the whole hotel felt clean and well cared for. Being close to the airport was a big plus. We'd gladly come back and recommend it to people visiting Edinburgh.

The staff were so nice, from the busboys right through to the front desk. The restaurant meals were delicious, and breakfast was a full English with plenty of pastries and fresh eggs. It's a perfect spot for an early flight. My room could have been cleaner, though: there was mildew in the shower, a dirty bathroom mirror, stained carpets, and a mark on the chair.

The restaurant service was friendly and the place looked really well kept. We had Scottish muscles, full of flavour, and crunchy but tender pork belly bites. The battered fish and chips and chicken kebab were great too. The rooms were fantastic and clean, and the pool and sauna were good. It's no more than a nine minute walk to the airport. A great place to stay and eat!
