The rooms were spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. I brought ten women here for a work trip, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Every staff member was attentive and happy to help, especially Geraldine, the two Gerard's and Darren. They were friendly and went above and beyond, from trying to arrange a tour to advising where would be best to take the women. They've already talked about booking a Christmas trip, and we'll definitely be back. Thanks to everyone who made our stay so good. The staff are a credit to this place. See you again soon, from Joanne, Kevin and the ladies!

The room, number 102, was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom, and dinner was lovely too. We stayed for a Saturday night on the way between Dublin and Ballycastle and managed to get a table. The problem was that the room is right above the bar. There was live music, which normally wouldn't bother us, but after an early start and a long drive it was very loud. At closing time, staff dragged chairs noisily across the floor, when they could have lifted them. I’d recommend the hotel as a stopover, but light sleepers should ask for another room if they’re offered 102.

I hadn't been here in years, but stopped in for dinner on Sunday 18th Aug 2019. The food was very good, and the atmosphere felt comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient.

We went for lunch with friends, but I didn't enjoy the meal. The panini was barely filled and hadn't been grilled enough, while the soup was salty and tasted as if it came from a carton. The food was as basic as it gets. Service was friendly but slow, with 15 minutes passing before anyone asked if we were ready to order. I also thought it was expensive for what you got.

The breakfast was top notch, and it was the best pint of Guinness. We stayed one night, and the room was clean with everything in order. All the staff were polite, friendly and eager to help. The food was lovely too. We'll definitely stay again.
