Check-in was really easy with pin numbers, so there was no desk to deal with. The owners were lovely, very responsive by text, and sent plenty of useful arrival information. The property was clean and nice, with tea and coffee and shared kitchen facilities downstairs. It's well placed in Long Eaton, near the airport bus and about a 20-minute walk from the train station. I'd stay again and highly recommend it.

Everything was made clear in a message on check-in day, so getting settled was easy and hassle-free. The room was modern, bright, clean, and spotless. This place was just right for our trip. We'll definitely come back, and thanks to everyone involved.

Booking was straightforward, and remote check-in was just as easy. This guest house is a real little gem, tucked away in the centre of Long Eaton. It's contemporary, very well presented, and spotlessly clean. I had a quiet, comfortable night in a fantastic room. Great value for money, and I'll use it again on future visits.

A lovely host, clean spacious rooms, and great amenities made this a 10/10 short stay for me. Check-in was contactless and really easy, and the owner is available 24/7 if any issues come up. The location is good, with shops, supermarkets, and loads of takeaways nearby. I'd recommend it.

My booking was cancelled two days before a wedding I was attending, and my deposit still hasn't been returned. When I called to ask about it, the manager said contractors had a larger booking because of the "cost of living crisis." He then practically ranted at me. The place has replied, which at least reminded me to check, but I still haven't received my deposit. Thanks for reminding me how cowboy this place is. Don't book unless you're okay with being cancelled at the last minute when a better booking comes along.
