The whole hotel was really clean, and the stay was very pleasant despite a little traffic noise, which you'd expect. The staff were so friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. I'd absolutely recommend it.

We had a booking mix-up, but the manager was very accommodating. The place was clean and tidy, the rooms were spacious, and the staff were really friendly.

The hotel and rooms have always been clean, fresh and lovely when we've stayed here. It’s in a handy spot off the A1, with a Starbucks on site and an OK diner across the way. The staff are so friendly at check-in. They make you feel welcome and have a chat, instead of just booking you in. Good value for money.

Yana was terrific, so welcoming and professional. I've never had service this good at a budget hotel!

The bed is soft, really comfortable and warm at night, and the front desk staff were all very helpful. This Travelodge has a large car park and sits just off the busy motorway. There's a Starbucks about 50 yards from the hotel, a truck stop cafe across the busy road, and the White Lion is a short drive away if you want a pub meal.
