Good value and a nice, homely hotel. The rooms are small but have what you need. Breakfast is available for £5; there’s no lunch or dinner since there’s no restaurant.

The hosts were welcoming and nothing seemed like too much trouble. We stayed three nights, and the room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had everything for a short visit. Maridon House is well placed, about a five-minute walk from the pier and town centre. The continental breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Lovely host, spotless throughout, and a comfortable bed with nice linen. It’s ideally located, about five minutes from town. I’d definitely stay again.

The owner was very kind, and the bathroom was spacious. We stayed two nights and got exactly what we wanted: a quiet place, with a cozy room that was exceptionally clean. It’s a short walk to the town centre. Couldn’t have asked for more, and we’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Oban. Highly recommend :)

We came to Oban specifically for George's Fish restaurant and wanted to stay nearby. We found a gem and will definitely book again! We were greeted warmly at the door. The spotless room had everything we needed, the bed was comfy, the telly worked, and the shower was amazing. Breakfast was arranged earlier than usual because we had to leave, and the selection was wonderful. The cooked breakfast was fresh and tasty. We’ll be back!
