The people were very friendly, and the room and bathroom were clean. It’s a quiet place with everything nearby. If I come back to this area, I’d definitely stay again.

We wished we’d had more time to relax in the lounge. The grounds were gorgeous to walk around and explore, and the kids loved having room to run. Breakfast was very nice, with a wonderful view as the sun came up and cleared the fog. The family room was so-so, though my parents’ room was lovely. The owners were gracious when we had a bit of a chaotic check-in. We thought my daughter was missing and they helped search for nearly 20 minutes. While we were flustered, we also locked our key in the room, and they let us back in kindly, without judgment.

I stayed here in June 2025 and found the rooms cleaner than I expected for the price, on par with much more expensive hotels. The staff were very friendly. Some carpets and high-contact trim are worn, but nothing felt dingy and everything was very clean.

We arranged a car trip for 27 people at the hotel, and it felt like having a private house party. The family-run business was great, and all the staff were delightful and couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms were lovely, with a nice selection for both breakfast and dinner.

I stayed with eight golfers. Great location, food and drinks, and very comfortable surroundings with a great atmosphere. The staff were helpful and the service was great.
