The food and service were both lovely. My fish and chips were the best I've ever had, with homemade tartare sauce, and the Full English breakfast was just as delicious. They also have vegetarian choices. The room was tastefully decorated, spotless and had a lovely bathroom. All the staff were friendly, and there's parking behind the building plus a beer garden for summer. THE FROMEWAY in Radstock is right beside the A362 towards Frome, and has a pub, restaurant and three rooms. It's a handy, lower-priced option compared with similar places or staying in the city. Contact the FROMEWAY directly for the best rates, and booking is available on their excellent website. I'd say it's well worth a visit.

The food was fantastic, especially the steak, fromeway burger and brie bites. Dessert was a highlight too, probably the best apple crumble I've had in 30 years. They fitted us in as walk-ins, and the restaurant is nicely laid out in a lovely setting. Service was spot on. For the price compared with nearby places, it can't be beaten. Highly recommend a visit.

The vegetarian nut roast was delicious, and the gravy was amazing. Everyone was welcoming, the service was lovely, and the atmosphere was great. I really enjoyed my visit and had the best Sunday roast!

Emily, Hannah and the rest of the team made the place feel relaxed and welcoming. The bar had a good choice of local ales, and locals, visitors, kids and dogs all seemed happy together. They managed to fit my friends and me in for a late Sunday lunch, which was lovely, and breakfast the next morning was amazing. It's a well-run pub with good prices, and I'd look to stay again if I were back in the area.

We arrived for Sunday lunch at 16h30. The roasts were generous, though there could've been a bit more veg, and everything was tasty and hot. The pudding was good too. Service had just the right balance of friendliness and help. Highly recommended.
