Lynn was such a lovely host and made us feel more welcome than anywhere else I've stayed. She catered for any diet, and breakfast was lovely. The room was clean, had everything we needed and was lovely too. I couldn't recommend Argo more. If we come back, we'll 1000% stay again. Thank you ❤️

Lynn was welcoming and kind, even making me a cooked breakfast when I came down late. The breakfasts are lovely. This is a really nice traditional guest house, and the rooms are clean and practical. They were tidied every day too.

The breakfast was delicious and generous, and the room was comfortable, clean and had a nice view of the cricket pitch. Lynne was lovely, made us feel welcome and couldn't do enough for us. I'd recommend the place to anyone staying in Scarborough, and we'll certainly return.

Our double room was clean, with fresh bedding and a clean bathroom, and it was big enough for what we needed for one night. In the morning there were cereals and a tasty full English breakfast. Lynn was friendly, attentive and couldn't have been more helpful. She ran the whole place on her own and did a cracking job. Thanks for a lovely stay, Lynn. Hope the rest of the season and year are busy and kind to you.

Lynne, the owner of Argo, was a welcoming and helpful host. We stayed three nights with bed and breakfast, and the rooms were bright and very clean with comfortable beds. There was a great choice at breakfast. We'll definitely return.
