The sea view from our spotlessly clean room was stunning, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We first stayed at The Harrow Lodge Hotel fourteen years ago and loved it then, but somehow it’s even better now. The bar has a wide choice of drinks, and breakfast was absolutely awesome. It’s perfectly placed between Shanklin old village and the lower seafront, with great walks nearby. Thanks to everyone at Harrow Lodge for having us. We’d recommend it to anyone and hope to be back soon. Sean & Jayne, Room 2.

A very relaxing few days away with my sister. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I’d recommend the hotel and hope to return in future.

We used to come here with our children, but hadn’t been back for over twenty years. What a lovely little hotel on the Clifftop! Gina and her team deserve special praise: every staff member was chatty and helpful, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The place was clean and well kept, the food cooked well, and the bar had a good selection at reasonable prices. We’ll be back!

After a rainy trip to the beach, we stopped in for coffee and so my daughter could use the toilet. Everyone was welcoming, the service was lovely and the prices were good. The gentleman behind the bar even gave her a jammie dodger. I think she liked it as much as the beach! 😆

The staff were kind and helpful, and tried to meet our requests. Breakfast was very nice and made to order at the table rather than served as a buffet. The hotel also has its own car park, though it can be hard to find a space at times; paid parking is available nearby. It’s well located for a couple of attractions, and we had a nice stay for the money. Just be aware that the rooms are basic and very small, and the bathroom is tiny too. It was barely possible to stand in the shower.
