Our intimate wedding was perfect here. It’s a beautiful setting, and the team made the day feel special by taking care of every detail. They worked tirelessly to keep things running smoothly, were flexible about timings, and made sure we and our guests had what we needed. We really appreciated being allowed into the room early to add a few personal touches before the venue dresser arrived. That helped us feel relaxed from the start. Everything went seamlessly, and finding a little gift in our room at the end was such a thoughtful touch. We’d highly recommend the venue for an intimate wedding, especially with a team that genuinely cares.

The self-service breakfast had plenty to choose from, with healthy options as well as comfort food like eggs, beans, bacon and sausage. The large car park was a real plus. The hotel was decent, with big comfortable rooms and beds. It was fairly quiet too, though I was at the back of the hotel.

The atmosphere at Hotel Cromwell is just right for business events, professional but still relaxed, and I’m always glad to return. I go there regularly for networking meetings, and each visit has been a positive one. Sarah does a brilliant job hosting, while the reception team are consistently warm and welcoming. Free parking is a handy extra that makes getting to these events much easier.

I come to the hotel for monthly networking meetings, and parking is easy, which is a real plus. It also made a lovely setting for my book launch in August 2025. The staff were wonderful, the food was great, and everything went smoothly. I stayed overnight afterwards and found the room very comfortable. Lovely atmosphere whenever I’m there, and I’d happily recommend it.

The event food was lovely, and breakfast was just what you’d expect from a hotel buffet. We were there for a family anniversary party, and the family room had plenty of space. Our son got a proper bed, which was much better than a sofa bed. It was a bit too warm in the room, but opening the window sorted that. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are polite, and the food is good quality. After reading some negative reviews, I think those reviewers need to give their heads a wobble.
