The chippy-style food was delicious, and I’d definitely go back. I came in to watch rugby today, and the guy behind the bar was on his own handling all the food and drinks. He was a rocket, making sure everyone was looked after, friendly, attentive, and missing nothing. A real asset to the place.

Faizil made our visit to the Aberfoyle Inn, he gave such good service and had us smiling. Everyone was friendly, but he especially made the trip worthwhile. He’s warm with customers and made us feel like family. Highly recommend it!

We went for a meal at this lovely local restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. The soup was hearty and delicious, the burgers juicy and full of flavor, and the toasties crisp and satisfying. It has a cosy, welcoming feel, and the staff were friendly and attentive without hovering. A comfortable spot for a casual meal, with good comfort food and a warm welcome. Highly recommend if you’re nearby.

The staff were wonderful, and the location is extremely convenient for visiting Aberfoyle. My room was a bit worn and dusty in places, and the shower wasn’t great. I stayed two nights and had no major problems. If you just need somewhere to sleep, I’d recommend it, as long as you’re not expecting luxury. I’d stay again if I came back to Aberfoyle.
