We were five motorcyclists and Orchard House was easily the best place we stayed on our trip. It's a newer building tucked away off the beaten path. It's not quite central, but being a little out of the way made it peaceful. Inside, everything felt modern, clean, and well cared for, with good attention to detail. At around £50 a night, it was great value, and having secure parking right by the door was especially handy for us. Breakfast was straightforward, freshly made each morning, and good quality. The operator was friendly and helpful, and clearly made an effort to keep us comfortable. With the clean, modern rooms, parking, fresh breakfast, and caring service, we'd happily give Orchard House five stars and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it as a quiet, well-maintained B&B.

The room was really clean, including the bathroom, and the staff were friendly. The bed was very comfy, with good quality pillows and quilt, and the decor was lovely. Even though it's on the main road, it stayed quiet at night. I'd come back. If I had to pick a small fault, the bathroom extractor fan could use a clean, though it's barely noticeable.

Adam was kind, attentive, and very hospitable, and we had a lovely stay at this great B&B. Breakfast was excellent. My only suggestion would be to have paper napkins at breakfast.

I picked Orchard house because it was near my work. Adam is a considerate host who pays attention to what guests need.

I was here on business from 10th June 24 to 14th June 24, and the B&B was only a 12 min walk from my venue. It's in a nice, quiet area, and the rooms are soundproofed. The breakfast was amazing, piping hot and much better than what I've had at chain hotels. I like crispy bacon, and Adam got it just right. He didn't have decaff coffee when I asked, but went out and bought some for the next day. He's attentive to requests, including gluten free food or having things cooked a certain way, so let him know when you arrive. The Crown Inn is a 4 min walk away and The Rat Trap is a minute in the other direction. Both serve amazing food and were recommended by Adam. If you want peace and quiet and a brilliant breakfast, I highly recommend this place. All the other reviews are 5 star, and I'd give Adam more than five if Google allowed it. I'd definitely stay again.
