OYO Bath Road Apartments

The room was clean, thankfully, and fine for a business trip, but ours was a hot loft room on the top floor with just one window. It was only about 23 degrees when we stayed. The shared kitchen had hardly any utensils or dishes, just enough for one person, one mug, one bowl and so on, which is ridiculous for a shared space. Parking at the property was full, and the awkward layout means other residents can block you in. We used free off-street parking instead; I wouldn't recommend this place if you have a car you need to use during your stay. We had booked a private apartment with our own kitchen, but the owner had double-booked us and we only learned a few days before. With no real choice, we accepted a smaller double room with a shared kitchen after he promised a partial refund. I'm still waiting for it despite contacting him repeatedly. Communication and customer service were terrible. We got the access code about 5 minutes before arrival, only because we called the owner several times. He answered twice and said he'd send it, but we had to keep calling because he still hadn't. This all happened over 24 hours. If we had waited until we arrived to ask for the code, we'd have been stuck outside.
