Super Luxe 2 Bed Apartment Torquay - Stunning Harbour View - Near Babbacoombe & Beach.

The apartment itself is lovely, but in my opinion it’s very badly managed. There’s only one key, and getting there means climbing a steep hill. The internet doesn’t work, a problem mentioned in reviews from months ago, and that also leaves you with just two TV channels. The microwave was broken, the bathroom drains smelled awful, and things from the previous guest had been left in the bed. It was dusty, the carpets hadn’t been cleaned, and the outdoor chairs were broken. I sent messages back and forth and got promises and apologies, but none of the problems were fixed. There was no help or refund offered. Awful.
