We stayed for the weekend with our baby and 12 year old, and the owners made us feel welcome the whole time. They provided a travel cot, and our room was spacious and clean. The pool was clean and heated, with lots of inflatables for the kids. Breakfast was lovely, and the harbour is only a short walk away. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable. We'll come back!

Debbie and Ian are lovely owners who do everything they can to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. I've stayed here a couple of times, once with a group and once on my own, and have become good friends with them. The heated pool is a real bonus. I'm looking forward to coming back again soon.

The Purple Tree Guest House was spotless, and it was easy to feel relaxed there. Ian and Debbie were warm and friendly, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was spot on. We had a fantastic few days and enjoyed the pool and games room. The walk back up from the beach is a bit of a trek, though it shouldn't be a problem if you're fit and healthy. We'll be back!

We were a little unsure about staying somewhere new, but Ian's warm welcome soon put us at ease. He showed us around before taking us to our lovely, clean room with a nice en-suite. The good weather meant we spent the rest of that day and the next by the pool. Breakfast was fab, and Ian and Debbie do all they can to make your stay great. If you get the chance, try one of Ian's sandwiches, they're absolutely lush and he should open a sandwich shop! For the price, it's hard to get better, and these two work so hard. We had a fab stay and will definitely return.

We spent a fantastic week here with our whippet Pearl, and our son loved the pool. The beach is just down the road, and there's a bus stop right outside if, like us, you want to leave the car behind. Ian and Debbie are lovely and always happy to help. Ian's breakfasts are brilliant and set you up for the day. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfy. I'd definitely recommend staying here, and we'll be back. Ian, up the blues (Birmingham & Wigan) 😄
