We wished we’d booked another night so we could enjoy more of the apartment’s beauty and quiet. We stayed at Serenity in the City for my wife’s birthday, and the place was stunning, with elegant decor and all the amenities we could have wanted. Joe and her husband were so helpful and friendly from our first contact, and their hospitality made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely return. Highly recommended! Jay & gem x

After a day exploring York, the stylish but very comfortable furniture made it easy to relax. The property was beautiful, spotless, well cared for, and thoughtfully presented, so it felt welcoming straight away. Check-in was simple and stress-free, with clear instructions that made arriving easy. I had a fantastic, hassle-free stay and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the city.

The hosts kept in touch by text from booking through arrival to check everything was okay. The apartment had everything we needed for self-catering, and we would’ve happily stayed longer than our one night for Valentine’s Day. The kitchen was clean and well equipped for cooking. We could unwind in the comfortable living room after a day in York, and the bed was comfortable too, with a small table for getting ready and putting on makeup. The bathroom was modern and very clean. A really pleasant stay.

Jo was a fantastic host and made sure we were well looked after. The apartment is gorgeous, right in the heart of York, with decor that’s second to none and everything you need, including free private parking. If you’re staying in the city centre, stop searching and book Serenity Inn the City! Get booking 😃

We had a lovely Easter weekend at the serenity in the city apartment. It’s gorgeous and very well equipped, right by the river, with a pleasant short walk into York centre. Would definitely recommend.
