We were glad there was no overcharging, which we had worried about after reading other reviews. The view is nice, and the cabins look good from the outside, but getting there and the service left us disappointed. At night, people outside were loud and having fun. The cabins sit on either side of a busy parking lot, and the windows don’t block much sound, so it felt like trying to sleep in the middle of a party. Our first cabin was mostly clean, but the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor and the drains smelled awful. I thought the visibly damaged toilet drain pipe might be the cause, but staff told us the septic tank couldn’t be cleaned because of the weather. They offered us a “premium” cabin, but it was smaller and the entrance lock didn’t work properly. Even the receptionist struggled with it when we called him over. Later he said management would take care of it.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the owner was wonderful. He even picked us up from the airport when we arrived at 4 am. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

I booked a month ahead, but when we arrived the room was in poor condition. They wouldn’t give us another one, and getting to the hotel was a headache too. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here, even if the price seems cheap. For your own good.

The cable car was fun and easy to get to from the room, and we really liked the location. The owners were very nice and quick to help when there were hot water problems at first. For this price, things were as expected, though the room wasn’t large or fancy, and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Still, we had a fun, peaceful stay, thought it was good value, and would recommend it. Hope to come back soon ✌️

The rooms are set in the middle of nature and are nice. Just a heads-up for anyone arriving: GPS shows the road wrong, which can confuse visitors. Find "green palace hotel" and continue up the road above it. That's where it is!
