We had a terrible stay. Problems with the plumbing, pipes, Wi-Fi, or food were simply ignored, and it felt like they had no idea how to manage the hostel. If you're looking for problems, this is the place. Please don't come here.
The room was large and clean, and it even had a terrace. Staff were friendly, too. The bathroom smelled, though, and there wasn't a kettle in the room for making coffee. Thank you.
The room service was poor, and the breakfast was the worst I've ever had. This doesn't feel like a four-star hotel at all, maybe two stars would be enough.

The location was the only good thing. Management was awful, and this hostel was the worst. Students, please don't join Royal group of hostels.
