Inside, the hotel was okay, but the surrounding area felt like a slum, and reaching it by car was difficult because of all the obstacles along the way. The location was unpleasant, though it may suit you for the price if you can accept that and the rude behavior. We booked only one day, hoping for an old Tbilisi experience. Breakfast was okay, but the hotel is run by just two men and they wouldn't accommodate our requests. They seemed unhappy even when we asked simple questions. Our bag was missing, and we asked only if one breakfast item could be heated. The man started yelling that even 150 euro hotels in Europe don't provide basic amenities like toiletries or slippers or lavish breakfasts, although we hadn't asked for any of those things. The front desk person understood little English, so he took our general questions as complaints and told the other man. Without hearing our side, the other man began yelling at us too. They could have simply said they didn't provide those things instead of shouting and making a scene. He apologized later, but our mood was completely ruined.

Breakfast was cooked to order, and the hotel sits in a quiet spot close to amenities and several places. My room was spacious, with a kitchen, table and chairs, and a sofa. It stayed warm on a cold day, and the bed was comfortable. The building is older and there’s no lift. The shower had strong pressure, but leaked so much onto the floor each day that I ended up using the fresh towels to mop it up, no matter how I tried to limit the water.

A nice apartment style hotel in Tbilisi, especially good for a family stay. The rooms are very good, and the owner and staff are friendly. The products provided are good quality, and it has a homely feel.

We were glad to spend only one night here. The pictures look appealing, but the location was awful, in a shabby neighborhood. We couldn't drive right up to the entrance because random blockages in the street seemed to be there to keep the neighborhood houses from falling apart. It's far from the old city, and breakfast cost 20 gel for a very bland meal.

The owner was very friendly, and the breakfast was a highlight: a generous spread of Georgian cheeses, breads, eggs, and more, with different items each day. The hotel has four floors and a lovely rooftop terrace on the fifth. If someone in your group has mobility issues, ask for a room on the ground floor. This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in.
