The location made getting around easy: it's a few steps from the Clock Tower and Freedom Square, and near the stop for bus no 337 into the city center. The hotel is stylish, with authentic, tasteful decor, and our room was clean and spacious. The staff were kind and helpful. A perfect stay in Tbilisi.

The bed was comfortable, and the chef was very accommodating about preparing eggs. Breakfast, though, was limited to in-room dining with no proper seating. Payment is cash only, and you have to ask for a receipt. The AC was noisy and didn't cool enough, the WiFi was unusable, and the room wallpaper was coming apart. There was also a noisy bar across the street.

The staff were helpful, friendly, and always smiling. It's an old building with old-fashioned design in a perfect spot in town, so if you're after a new kind of experience, this place might suit you. They only take cash, which is a bit strange, and you need to tell them about breakfast so it'll be ready.

I asked the receptionist to fix the air conditioning because the room was hot, but he wouldn't help and wanted to keep playing his game. The next morning I asked for tea, and again he seemed annoyed and wouldn't bring it, because he wanted to continue playing. I don't know whether he's there to serve guests or play games. The service was very bad, and I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here. I'm never coming back.

The room and bathroom were very spacious, and our family of four adults slept really well. The design was well thought out, with little details that made things convenient for guests. Excellent location and very good WIFI.
