The location worked well for us, near the metro, shops, and mall, with only a manageable uphill walk. We enjoyed the courtyard and the chance to meet people from other countries, and our caretaker was friendly and helpful. Our third-floor Airbnb apartment had a lovely look, though some parts felt dated and a few outlets didn’t work. The bathroom was rough: there was dirt behind the toilet, hair on the floor, and the shower was tiny. They did offer to clean halfway through the month, which helped. I found both the bed and sofa very uncomfortable. Still, it was a nice way to get to know Tbilisi up close.

The hosts were friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and peaceful. It’s easy to reach the old town on foot, and Rustaveli metro station is nearby.
