The accommodations didn’t match what was advertised, and some basic amenities were missing. When we raised that, the host became even more unpleasant. They seemed to have no interest in making the stay enjoyable. From arrival onward, we were treated rudely. The host was dismissive and unprofessional, and answered our questions and requests with impatience and condescending remarks. We felt unwelcome throughout. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting basic hospitality. Save yourself the hassle and find somewhere else.

We were left standing with our bags after booking this place, and nobody had contacted us beforehand. When we tried to call, the only response we got was that the hotel had closed a few weeks earlier. This hotel doesn't exist.

Our stay in Tbilisi was booked through Booking, and we paid two days before the trip. I told the host we expected to arrive around 21:00, and he said that was fine. When a border delay pushed us back, we messaged him on Whatsup. He told us to call when we got there so he could explain the entrance, and asked us to give an hour's notice before reaching Tbilisi. We sent that update an hour ahead, but got no reply. By the time we arrived at 02:00, his phone was off, and Booking had emailed to say the accommodation was cancelled. We were left without a place to stay in the middle of the night. Absolutely don't trust this place.

The manager was really kind, and our two-bedroom apartment was very clean. It’s close to the city center.
